At Amica Senior Living Lifestyles, she excelled as Resident Service Coordinator, managing wellness operations and developing programs tailored to the needs of seniors in Assisted and Memory Care neighborhoods. Her work ensured compliance with legislative guidelines and fostered strong, trusting relationships with residents and their families. Jennette's expertise in crisis intervention, community outreach, and team leadership is complemented by her Social Service Worker Diploma and certifications in Crisis Prevention, CPR & First Aid, and Suicide Prevention.
