I am giving you a five because any person's satisfaction with services received depends very much on the relationship between the client and the attendant. So far this has gone ok for me, but I hesitate to give a perfect referral, which you seem to be looking for, as any other person needs to try a service and decide for themselves if it is satisfactory to them. I would never tell any one NOT to try your services.

We have been using Senior Helpers for my moms care, for several months. We find the staff friendly and helpful. We appreciate that we always have the same person and that they are always on time. Lisa, is always available if we have questions or concerns. Communication is excellent

Hi. Your services are greatly appreciated as they are are very prompt and can be personalized as needed. They are currently being used to assist our almost 93 year old uncle who lives in a different province. All the staff are very friendly and knowlegeable and present as very committed to their work. They are also very observant and provide regular updates on what they see, making recommendations at the same time if they feel are necessary. Our uncle was very hesitant at first when your services were first introduced to him but now he would be lost without their assistance and support, as would be his other family members who are all a distance away. Thank you so much!

Having a regular schedule of caregivers, so the same people see my mom at the same time each week. She far prefers that over care from Interior Health where people change all the time and show up anytime. Also, you have very good people that seem to care a lot.

Senior Helpers have been a Godsend for me. I have had a difficult move which has lasted for months!! Collin and the staff in the Kelowna office have been outstanding with all the help they have been to me. Nothing has been too difficult for them and they have made themselves as available as they possibly can when ever I have requested their help.

Overall, I'm quite happy with the service you are providing for my mom. What could improve, I think, is communication back to me about the visits. I know that sometimes my mom will refuse to have a shower or her hair washed, or she sleeps in. It would be excellent to get a quick, one or two line summary of how things went with each appointment. Reports like "all went well and she showered and had her hair washed" or "she was not feeling well and did not want a shower" would be incredibly useful.

Prompt responses to my requests and questions My caseworker Jasanna is efficient, professional and best of all - compassionate and kind I’m comfortable leaving my husband with the caregivers who come to my home. My husband has enjoyed all of his caregivers and was over the moon when Richard brought his dog over.
